Anaphite works across the dry coating landscape, solving specific challenges and unlocking dry coating for different customers.
With our deep formulation knowledge, we co-develop DCP® products with customers to support their transition from wet to dry coating. Our DCP® formulations are tailored to specific customer targets for performance, cost and sustainability. They can be designed to integrate with customers existing cell formats and bill of materials. Alternatively, as battery technologies evolve, we also develop new formulations to support emerging chemistries.
Following DCP® design, we can supply DCP® products directly to customers with dry coating facilities for testing. For those without dry coating facilities, our in-house capabilities mean we can manufacture electrodes for testing by us or by customers. When customers are ready to test DCP® products in their own electrode manufacturing process, our flexible plant set-up scales up the formulations, ready for the pilot line.
Anaphite helps customers understand the transformative nature of using our DCP® technology platform. Using data-rich models, we provide full technoeconomic analysis to demonstrate the cost and carbon savings for each customer.
